Ex Display Terms and Conditions

Ex-display items refer to items that have previously been displayed in our showroom, a trade centre showroom, or a furniture event. Ex-display also describes items that have been sent out to a customer and then returned. All ex-display items are sold on an as-seen basis, which applies to both in-store and online sales. We endeavour to show all defects in items; however, customers can request further photographs and a video walkthrough of items they wish to purchase. We will accept returns of items if you receive them and are not happy with the condition; however, it will be the customer's responsibility to return the item to The Outlet Home at the address mentioned. Please refer to our refund policy for further details.
