Are your products brand new?
Everything on our website is brand new, except ex-display items.
If an item is ex-display, this will be clearly stated in both the product title and description.
Why are your prices so much lower than high street retailers?
We operate as a true outlet, which means:

Do you manufacture your own garden furniture?
Yes. We design and manufacture many of our garden furniture ranges ourselves, giving us full control over:

This is a key reason our furniture feels premium while still being priced as outlet stock.
Why do some items say “Limited Stock”?
Many of our collections are produced in limited runs or offered as one‑off outlet lines. Once they sell out, they are often not restocked, allowing us to offer exclusive designs at exceptional prices.
We also carry a small selection of repeat lines due to ongoing customer demand.
Will you be getting more of an item once it sells out?
Not always. If a product is marked as limited stock, it may not return once sold out. If you love something, we recommend securing it while it’s available.
Can I see the furniture before I buy?
Yes — we have a showroom in Chorley, Lancashire, where you can view, touch, and sit on most of our garden furniture ranges before purchasing.
How do I clean my garden furniture?
Our garden furniture is designed to be low-maintenance. For general cleaning, simply use a soft cloth and a mild soap solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For guidance on caring for specific products or materials, please contact our team.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes — we offer UK wide delivery to mainland UK. Some postcodes, such as Northern Ireland and other remote locations, may incur a surcharge. Please contact us for further information.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery on most products is up to 14 working days. If an item is listed as pre‑order, the expected arrival date will be clearly stated on the product page. Delivery is then usually within 7 working days of stock arrival.
You’ll receive full tracking and delivery updates once your order has been dispatched.
Will my furniture arrive assembled?
Some items arrive fully assembled, while others require light self‑assembly. Where assembly is required, clear instructions are always included.
The product description will state clearly whether a product is self-assembly or not.
Where is my order?
Delivery times are based on the availability of your item at the point of purchase.
• Pre-order items:
If your item is available on pre-order, an expected stock arrival date will be displayed on the product page. This date is an estimate and may occasionally change due to manufacturing or shipping factors outside of our control. We build realistic lead times into these estimates and will keep you informed should there be any updates. Once pre-order stock arrives at our warehouse, delivery is typically completed within 7 working days.
• In-stock items:
Items that are in stock are usually delivered within 14 working days.
Please note, we’re unable to confirm a specific delivery date until your item has physically arrived at our warehouse. As soon as it does, our team will be in touch to arrange delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number along with direct contact details for the courier handling your delivery.
Do you offer a build or installation service?
We don’t currently offer a build or installation service. Where self-assembly is required, clear instructions are always provided.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I buy now and pay later?
Yes. Klarna, Clearpay and Shop Pay Instalments allow you to buy now and pay later, making it easier to secure limited‑stock items before they sell out.
Do you offer returns?
Yes — we offer a 30‑day return period for unwanted items (in line with distance selling regulations). Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Is my furniture covered by a warranty?
Yes — all of our garden furniture comes with a 5‑year manufacturer’s warranty, giving you peace of mind on your purchase.
Cushions, fire pit systems and ex‑display items are covered by a 12‑month manufacturer’s warranty.
