This Cosmo-compatible wall-mounted heater is fully waterproof as standard and designed for reliable, year-round outdoor heating.
Featuring a slim, modern design with a polished black finish, it integrates seamlessly into both residential and commercial outdoor spaces.
The heater is operated via a six-step remote control, allowing precise adjustment of heat levels to suit your comfort. A dedicated ON/OFF button ensures simple, user-friendly operation at the touch of a button.
With an IP65 rating, the heater is protected against dust and low-pressure water jets, making it suitable for use in wet or dusty environments. Ideal for patios, terraces, gardens, pergolas, and commercial venues including cafés, bars, and restaurants.
The large body design and extended reflector improve performance by delivering wider heat distribution and faster warm-up times, while advanced heat dissipation helps keep the outer housing cooler for improved safety and durability.

Delivery Information
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £100 with the following exceptions: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and other remote areas of Scotland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly. If you would like delivery to any of these locations please contact us in advance at hello@theoutlethome.com for a quote and specific delivery times. The delivery charge for items under £100 is £10.00.
Deliveries usually take place from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 9pm but we may deliver outside of these hours during busy periods.
Small items
Our smaller items are delivered via DPD, Parcelforce and Fedex within 5 - 7 working days from the date of order. You will be provided with your online tracking reference once your order has been dispatched.
Medium to large furniture items
Delivery of our medium to large furniture items is usually within 14 working days from the date of order, unless otherwise stated in the product information. Most of our larger furniture items are delivered by a specialist courier on a two man delivery service.
Some of our larger furniture items may be delivered via pallet delivery - in this event the pallet service is usually a kerbside delivery and it will be your responsibility to dispose of the pallet afterwards.
Once your order has been dispatched the courier will usually contact you in advance via email or text message with your delivery date. For this reason it is important that the contact information you provide is correct and up to date. Once you have received the delivery text or email you will be given the option to reply to confirm the date, which you must do or the delivery may not go ahead. Upon delivery you must be available to sign for your order.
You are also responsible for making sure that the furniture will fit in your home and that the courier has suitable access if required. Deliveries usually take place from Monday to Friday but we may deliver outside of these hours in busy periods.
Same or next day delivery

Returns Information
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item will be inspected upon its return and refunds will be processed within 10 business days. For large items that cannot be returned with the parcel courier please contact us at hello@theoutlethome.com and we can arrange a collection for you. If your item(s) has been assembled and is not faulty, or has been used, you will not be able to return it for a refund.
