Standing an impressive 2,210mm tall, the Fleur combines robust steel construction with an elegant, modern Art Deco-inspired design. Its sculptural geometric frame and illuminated flame create a striking focal point for contemporary gardens, patios and terraces.
With a powerful 13kW heat output, the Fleur is ideal for garden parties, evening dining and relaxed nights outdoors. Convenient pulse ignition makes lighting simple, while the variable gas control allows you to adjust the heat to suit the temperature and occasion.
For additional reassurance, the Fleur incorporates an anti-tilt switch and an automatic shut-off device.

For outdoor use only. Always place the heater on a firm, level surface and maintain the required clearance from furniture, buildings and combustible materials. Use with a suitable gas bottle and the correct regulator in accordance with the supplied instructions.
Delivery Information
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £100 with the following exceptions: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and other remote areas of Scotland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly. If you would like delivery to any of these locations please contact us in advance at hello@theoutlethome.com for a quote and specific delivery times. The delivery charge for items under £100 is £10.00.
Deliveries usually take place from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 9pm but we may deliver outside of these hours during busy periods.
Small items
Our smaller items are delivered via DPD, Parcelforce and Fedex within 5 - 7 working days from the date of order. You will be provided with your online tracking reference once your order has been dispatched.
Medium to large furniture items
Delivery of our medium to large furniture items is usually within 14 working days from the date of order, unless otherwise stated in the product information. Most of our larger furniture items are delivered by a specialist courier on a two man delivery service.
Some of our larger furniture items may be delivered via pallet delivery - in this event the pallet service is usually a kerbside delivery and it will be your responsibility to dispose of the pallet afterwards.
Once your order has been dispatched the courier will usually contact you in advance via email or text message with your delivery date. For this reason it is important that the contact information you provide is correct and up to date. Once you have received the delivery text or email you will be given the option to reply to confirm the date, which you must do or the delivery may not go ahead. Upon delivery you must be available to sign for your order.
You are also responsible for making sure that the furniture will fit in your home and that the courier has suitable access if required. Deliveries usually take place from Monday to Friday but we may deliver outside of these hours in busy periods.
Same or next day delivery

Returns Information
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The item will be inspected upon its return and refunds will be processed within 10 business days. For large items that cannot be returned with the parcel courier please contact us at hello@theoutlethome.com and we can arrange a collection for you. If your item(s) has been assembled and is not faulty, or has been used, you will not be able to return it for a refund.
